By using the Hoopow app or API, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Creating an account confirms that you accept both.
Hoopow helps players book sports venues, find and join games, form teams, enter tournaments, and keep live score in supported countries. Facility owners may list venues and manage courts and bookings. Admins may moderate the platform.
Owners warrant that listing details (photos, prices, hours, sports) are accurate and that they have the right to offer the venue. Listings may require admin approval before they appear publicly.
Reviews may only be left for venues you have booked. We may hide or remove reviews that are abusive, spam, or unrelated to the venue experience.
Player profiles, games, teams, tournaments, scorecards, and messages must be respectful and accurate. Do not harass other players or post spam. We may hide or remove community content and suspend accounts that abuse the platform.
Hoopow provides the platform (booking, community, and score) “as is.” We are not responsible for injuries, property damage, or disputes arising from play at a venue or in a community game. Venue operators remain responsible for their premises and services. Organisers of games, teams, and tournaments remain responsible for those events. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees (if any) you paid to Hoopow for the booking or order in question.
We may update these terms as the product evolves (including when digital payments are enabled). Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
